LDT10 is the HMI touch panel designed to interface, set up and operate the whole series of RD rotary actuators with RS-485 Modbus interface. Our goal was to create an HMI that is intuitive to use and does not require any specific know-how; thus you have not to cope with daunting experiences and can focus on your own business. You need to cut set-up time and reduce downtimes while preventing errors at the same time.
Now you can with LDT10, in just one touch: a great advantage when small-batches, one-off items and just-in-time productions call for frequent format adjustments, especially in multi-axes systems such as mold changers for the plastics industry, mobile stops, packaging and woodworking machineries, labelling machines.
LDT10 is intended to connect one single actuator (point-to-point connection), an array of actuators and even an array of different models of actuators (such as RD1A along with RD4 and RD5) in the same network.
Few pages with basic menus and commands enable a user-friendly approach:
- The NETWORK screen features the actuators available in the network while the RD CONFIG screen is intended to configure the work parameters (velocity, acceleration, deceleration, ...)
- The RECIPES screen allows to collect information on the specific process (i.e. work cycle of each actuator, travel, …) and save it in recipes
- The HOME PAGE screen is always available at the operator's fingertips: recipes are listed and ready to be selected: just one touch to start the production for the greatest simplicity and operational agility
LDT10 comes in a 7-inch 16:9 format LCD display with resistive touch screen panel. Its rugged construction complies with NEMA4 and IP65 protection ratings and allows for use in typically industrial environments.
