Utilcell launched a New Dosing App for their SWIFT Indicator
Utilcell (Spain) – The new filling and dosing application for the weighing indicator and high-speed transmitter SWIFT is now available. This application solves easy, rapid and accurately, the single-product charge and discharge, of solid or liquid materials in containers, batching and filling machines, big bags, etc.

By using the digital inputs and output relays available in the indicator, this new application allows the control of fine and coarse filling in filing and dosing systems, increasing the reliability and speed of the process with no need to add external control systems.

The dosing process can get started manually by using a sensor or a button or either automatically by weight detection and it allows to send process data to other supervision systems. The application has a self-correction system of in-flight material that improves the filling results after each operation cycle.

The indicator configuration might be performed locally from the SWIFT keyword or remotely from the SWIFT-PC program, all configurations can be saved in a file to be uploaded in the machines when needed.

SWIFT is OIML R76 approved and it is available in rail or panel mount and it has been designed to be easy commissioned in the most common industrial communication systems: serial port, analogue output o bus field (ETHERNET/IP, PROFIBUS and PROFINET).
