Inspiron Systems Ltd. (United Kingdom) - UNDERWOOD MEAT COMPANY LIMITED Ltd one of the UK’s largest independent catering butchers; are a long-standing client of Inspiron Systems Ltd, who already had a number of Automatic Weigh Labellers in their Rotherham factory.

Due to Underwood Meat Company securing a new contract, there was a need to automate their Labelling process at their Chesterfield site. The new machines had to be capable of applying labels accurately to a number of different pack formats such as vacuum skin packs, top seal trayed and vacuum packed bags.

After successful product trials at our premises, Inspiron installed two new ESPERA-WERKE GMBH Weigh Price Labellers, the ES-R and the ES5900 series. The Espera machines are connected to EspromNG which is a central database and communication server which ensures all printed data is correct and the appropriate traceability information is printed.
