All-Fill Inc. (United States) - Press Release: All-Fill Inc. has acquired Re-Pack Labeling of Lansdale, PA along with their line of labeling machines, sales, assembly and operations staff. The acquired line of labeling equipment will be designed, manufactured, and serviced at our Exton, PA location. They are now marketed as All-Fill’s Labeling Division. Along with the Re-Pack staff transitioning over to All-Fill, former President, Rick Surprise has moved into our Exton, PA headquarters to oversee production and sales. 

All-Fill Labelers provide a wide variety of labeling systems to accommodate most budgets and production requirements. All-Fill Labelers can easily integrate into our already existing line of auger fillers, vibratory fillers, checkweighers, and VFFS baggers. All-Fill’s business model is firmly established between the five distinct product lines that can be sold individually or fully integrated as a complete packaging solution. 

With this acquisition, it gives us a unique distinction of being a one-stop shop for all of our customers packaging needs. We will continue to provide the same quality product, service, and support you have come to expect through the years.
