Schenck Process GmbH (Russia) - The project includes new fully automated truck dispatch terminal, which has been put in operation at "CESLA" cement plant in the town of Slantsy, Leningrad region.

The opening ceremony of the new fully automated truck dispatch terminal at "CESLA" plant took place on September 27th, 2018. The event has been attended by Mihail Polendakov, General Manager of HeidelbergCement in Russia, Anton Hadjiiski, General Manager of Slantsy cement plant "CESLA", Mikhail Moskvin, Deputy Chairman of Leningrad region government for construction and Dmitry Yalov, Deputy Prime Minister of Leningrad region  for investment activities, and Chairman of the committee for economic development.

From now on, cement loading in silo trucks will be performed using the latest measuring equipment, which allows to considerably speed up the loading process as well as to make it environmentally safe. The loading is carried out automatically and special software provides continuous control of dispatched volume in real-time mode.

The products of "CESLA" plant have been used in the construction of significant infrastructure projects in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. Given that up to 99 % of our products are consumed in those regions, all major construction market counterparts in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region shall appreciate the advantages of the new truck dispatch terminal.

HeidelbergCement has invested more than 1 billion Rubles for the last 2 years in the renewal of the production and logistics complex of “CESLA” plant.
