Contact RLBFI - a Sensor for All Applications

Riels Instruments (Italy) - Protect yourself from process problems with the CONTACT series and use it to detect leaks of liquids, even other than water, such as oil, diesel oil...

CONTACT RLBFI level switch designed to detect levels in tanks and provide vacuum tube detection or dry run protection for pumps.

A high frequency scan signal is radiated from the sensor tip into the tank. Two output signals are available, normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC).

Through the Flex Programmer, the output signal can be damped in the event of a fluctuating level, for example when filling the tank. Furthermore the NO and NC output signals can be reversed.

The measurement is precise and not influenced by the mounting position in the tank. In the Flex Programmer software a compensation for foam, bubbles and condensate can be set as well as for appiciose fluids.

The Flex Programmer software also has a device making the user able to adjust the sensor for a specific support.

The CONTACT RLBFI level switch measures and detects almost all liquids. Even dry materials can be measured, for example carbon powder or plastic granulate.
