Bosch (Portugal) - Press Release: Leadership at the national level in conjunction with the role of president for Iberia.

Bosch, the global leading provider of technology and services, announces that Javier González Pareja, president of Bosch in Portugal and Spain since 2017, will permanently assume the representation of Bosch in Portugal, alongside the roles he previously held.

After temporarily taking on the representation of Bosch in Portugal on August 1, 2024, Bosch confirms the continuation of Javier González Pareja, thus reinforcing trust and the commitment to the continuity of the work developed so far. Based in Lisbon since 2023, Javier states, “This is a commitment I embrace with enthusiasm and dedication. I will personally take on this role, which will allow me to be even closer to the development of our activities in the country. I believe that Portugal has great potential to continue growing as a strategic hub for Bosch in Europe.”

Javier González Pareja holds a degree in economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Bayreuth in Germany, and throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions. With 30 years at Bosch, he is president of Bosch in Portugal and Spain and is responsible for human resources in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Previously, he was the General Manager of Bosch in Hungary. In addition to his leadership responsibilities at Bosch, Javier González Pareja has also held positions such as vice president of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hungary between 2013 and 2016 and later became president of the German Chamber of Commerce in Spain, a role he held from 2018 to 2022.
