In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Business and Education Solutions line of business, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the sales team by creating, evaluating, implementing, and developing strategies to build awareness and position for the BenQ brand in the North American business and education market. This role will align and report directly to the Business and Education Solutions B2B Senior Marketing Manager regarding the business vision, direction, and strategies of the BenQ Board Interactive Displays, Digital, Laser, and Interactive Projectors, and InstaShow Wireless Presentation Systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing, product management, and sales stakeholders in planning and writing emails, articles, landing pages, CTA, and social media.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to create and execute marketing plans and outbound communications, including messaging, product launches, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop dynamic content that differentiates our products in the market and turns value propositions into effective communications. Content includes product descriptions, datasheets, case studies, videos, graphics, landing pages, email templates, infographics, white papers, blog articles, etc.
  • Work with marketing and sales in the execution and continual improvement of marketing automation programs in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and lead generation.
  • Support national and regional events and the development of thought-leadership initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, and other PR opportunities.
  • Be a team player with B2B Marcom, Product Marketing, and Sales to generate successful inbound marketing programs
  • Propose campaigns and help define demand-generation activitie
  • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Own the launch and support of multiple technical products including product positioning and development of marketing briefsAttend trade shows and events as needed

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant B2B digital or product marketing discipline including lead generation, management, and marketing automation
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products to market and partnering with a sales organization
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages – article writing a plus
  • Content Management System experience – Adobe Experience Manager a plus
  • Competent in SEO/SEM with strong analytical skillsHubSpot experience in creating emails, landing pages, and drip campaign process flow.
  • Salesforce or other CRM customer management experience
  • Excellent business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
  • Educational and/or display technology marketing experience a plus
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
  • Must be flexible, innovative, highly motivated with ahunter mentality, results-driven, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision to achieve stated goals


Bachelor’s degree required:

  • Business, Marketing and Communications, or related field preferred


  • Based on experience; we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
