Aurora Process Solutions (New Zealand) - Aurora is a family owned and operated business specialising in end-of-line process equipment.  They are closely aligned with a variety of process industries - such as grain & seed, food and dairy, growers, stock-feed and fertiliser manufacturers - providing equipment and services that increase process efficiently, capacity and versatility. 

With head office based in Hamilton, their market is predominantly throughout New Zealand and Australia.  With solid business values, a fantastic company culture and an enviable market reputation, the business has enjoyed significant growth in recent years, and continues to go from strength to strength.

The Role:

To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service experience, the ability to work well in a team environment and will take pride in your work. This role has been created due to continued growth, and there is potential for this individual to have career advancement to anywhere in the business of interest down the track. 

Each day will be different, and our client is looking for an efficient, self-motivated team member to join this tight-knit company as an Office All Rounder.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - support customers with a range of general enquiries ensuring every interaction has a positive outcome
  • Telephones - provide first-class service in answering and redirecting phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Sales Support - Support the sales team with related administration requirements and calling potential new customers
  • Administration - provide administrative support ensuring accuracy and timeframes are met
  • Other tasks required which fall within the scope of this role 

What we are looking for:  

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive business outcomes
  • Relevant experience in a customer support environment
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work priorities
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to problem solve issues as they arise
  • Ambitious and career driven
  • Experience using MYOB or similar is beneficial but not essential
