As a Product Support Engineer, we’re seeking a #bloqstar who possesses a strong technical aptitude (both software and hardware), excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset, ideally with experience in supporting complex B2B technology solutions.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the entire support process in collaboration with the operations team, leveraging your background in creating and optimizing support workflows to establish a robust and efficient system.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing issues related to the installation, configuration, and operation of our smart locker solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to identify areas for product improvement, providing valuable insights based on customer feedback and support case analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs, ensuring that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and improve our products.
  • Conduct training for both clients and field intervention teams, ensuring they can fully utilize the capabilities of our smart locker solutions and perform effective maintenance and support tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our support processes and contribute to product development.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new product features, providing feedback to the Product Team and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality standards.

What are the requirements to join us in this position:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to give and receive feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proficiency in English is a must-have, while French language skills are considered a nice-to-have, as it could facilitate communication with key clients and address potential language barriers.
  • Familiarity with last-mile logistics, linux systems administration, basic electrical knowledge, IoT fleets and edge computing solutions is a plus, enhancing support quality and efficiency.
