As our new Sales Director, you will get the opportunity to drive our commercial development. We want to take our commercial setup to the next level, which means that the right candidate will get the opportunity to design the new sales organization and hire key new team members.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a profile, who has a track record in driving technical B2B sales growth, ideally within the life science or food industries, that backs up the potential to:
- Build and lead an international sales organization of a growth company that is primed for extensive expansion.
- Drive revenue growth across our commercial portfolio.
- Increase profitability by optimizing our channel strategy across direct sales, partners and distributors.
- Lead the development of our new sales management playbook, which will improve our ability to predict demand and revenue, and which will become an integral part of our backbone.
- Drive direct sales and lead a couple of key accounts.
- Deliver on a big mandate to impact our performance and join the management team as a key decision-maker.
- Work with the management team to continuously improve the collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Pre-sales.
