Propak Corporation (United States) - The Team Leader is responsible for working with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals.

Requirements:

• Attendance is a must
• Must have 1 year of leading employees in warehouse/ Manufacturing environment
• Must be able lift 75lbs
• Must be able to drive a sit down (Propane)

Essential Functions:

• Assist management in ensuring compliance of Propak Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for specific work area setup and shift transition
• Ensure pallets meet customer criteria and specifications.
• Maintain accurate count of pallet inventory.
• Ensure daily work assignments clearly defined to team in order to meet production goals.
• Prepare reports and paperwork; corrects discrepancies.
• Works closely with location management to ensure safety compliance.
• Advise site management of operations or safety training requirements.
• Responsible for specific work area setup and shift transition
