Job Descriptions:

  • Passion for the sales of consulting-intensive, technical products especially sensor products.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customer by promoting, marketing and securing new order intake.
  • Demonstrate proactive communication to the customer to ensures all opportunities are being capitalised on.
  • Provide Excellent customer service and build up good relationship with customer all the time.
  • Strives for continuous personal development of product and application knowledge, business operation and industry standard.
  • Quotation preparation to customers and order closing.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Willing to travel outstation.

In this position, you will need to:

  • Implement and achieve sales target by developing and directing effective sales channels
  • Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls
  • Service existing client and expand the customer base
  • Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services
  • Propose product solutions according to customers’ requirements
  • Develop and manage local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share
  • Build quality relationship with customers and managers
  • Keep up with changes in the market and industry, and the changes in customers' needs
  • Project and application management for machine sales

Desired skills/ Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Min 1-2 Year(s) of relevant experience in equipment and/or solution sales in manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fast-learner, disciplined, independent and result-oriented
  • Possess own transport for travelling
