Hardy Process Solutions (United States) - Powerful weight processing, ultra-compact design, with a color touch-screen interface.
The Hardy HI 6200 series are high performance single-channel Weight Processors featuring industrial Ethernet-based communications, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) compatibility, remote diagnostics and a user-friendly color touch screen interface.
Ultra-compact at just 2 inches wide and 3 inches high (40 sq. cm), the HI 6200 series installs on standard 35 mm DIN rail, allowing for high-density panel design over traditional weighing instrumentation, reducing both machine cost and control cabinet footprint. The HI 6200 series enables a proactive maintenance strategy while reaping the benefits of IIoT device-level connectivity though a built-in Webserver or directly via the UDP layer.
According to Tim Norman, Senior Product Manager, “The HI 6200 series are designed to replace 4-20mA signal conditioners and analog strain gage transmitters with fieldbus connectivity, providing machine builders the advantage of the communicating commands and parameters as well as monitoring of the health of scale system.”
Just like a smart phone, the simplified touch-screen user interface allows anyone with basic scale knowledge to set-up and operate the instrument without having to read a manual or receive instruction. Despite its tiny size, the high definition color TFT display provides crisp easy to read measurements and instrument status.
Powerful 24-bit processing and state-of-the-art hardware design, combined with Hardy’s Waversaver® filtering technology ensure fast, stable readings in even the most adverse conditions where mechanical vibrations can plague process control.
All versions include the Hardy Process Toolbox, a set of exclusive productivity tools, including embedded Webserver for set-up, monitoring and control from any browser-anywhere, C2® weightless calibration, INTEGRATED TECHNICIAN® instrument diagnostics, and a suite of control integration tools such as Rockwell EDS_AOP, HMI Faceplates, and GSDML files.
