New PID Controller in 48 x 48 mm Housing

Simex (Poland) - Press Release: As announced, while developing the popular family of controllers, we are launching the PID controller PUR-44D. It is a new model from the PUR family, made in size 1/16 DIN, 48x48 mm housing. While maintaining all the functionalities of other models, we have developed a version that will also work well for modernizing advanced processes, when there is not enough space in the control panel for a larger device.

PUR is a series of controllers that are successfully used in all applications where the process requires advanced control algorithms. The models available so far are available in size: 1/8 DIN 96x48 mm (PUR-94D) / 48x96 mm (PUR-49D), 1/4 DIN 96x96 mm (PUR-99) housings.

Their functionalities allow for the implementation of control in many applications. These include:

  • ON / OFF control, PID, Auto-tuning, Fuzzy Logic
  • two-line LED display with brightness adjustment:
    • - UPPER display: process value
    • - LOWER display: programmable, e.g. set value or threshold
  • universal measurement input
  • relay 5A, OC / SSR binary control outputs
  • analog control outputs (passive or active)
  • RS-485 / Modbus RTU
