XMobots (Brazil) - Press Release: The Launch of the Nauru 100D Expands XMobots’ Global Defense Portfolio.
XMobots proudly announces the launch of its new Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), the Nauru 100D, a tactical drone designed to support military forces in critical operations. Combining ease of use and high performance, this model is ideal for border surveillance, combating organized crime, and intercepting threats.
A New Benchmark in the Defense Sector
The debut of the Nauru 100D places Brazil at the forefront of global defense innovation and further cements XMobots' position as a leader in next-generation drone technology.
"The current geopolitical climate highlights the strategic importance of drones in modern conflicts. With the Nauru 100D, we offer a fast-response solution that supports our company’s international expansion," said Thatiana Miloso, Commercial Director at XMobots.
Mobility and Operational Efficiency
The Nauru 100D operational kit includes two backpacks, ensuring mobility and ergonomics for field teams. The Plug & Play system enables deployment in under three minutes — simply attach the wings, battery, and either the SIS031A sensor or a payload.
Real-Time Smart Surveillance
The drone features the advanced SIS031A sensor, which offers:
- Precision target tracking
- Real-time analysis
- RGB and Thermal Infrared imaging for nighttime missions
- Secure, integrated communication with ground teams
With onboard Artificial Intelligence (AI), the sensor also enables:
- License plate recognition
- Vehicle and human tracking
- Facial recognition
- Location mapping for search and rescue
This advanced integration provides a comprehensive tactical view and real-time intelligence to support combat, defense, surveillance, and rescue missions.
Extended Autonomy and Control Station
The Nauru 100D comes with three batteries, each providing two hours of flight, allowing up to six continuous hours of operation. A second case serves as a charging station, supporting non-stop missions without downtime.
The entire drone system is controlled via two tablets, forming a complete Command & Control Station, requiring no additional infrastructure.
Stealth and Low-Visibility Technology
Built with non-reflective materials, the Nauru 100D has a low thermal, acoustic, and visual signature, making it virtually undetectable. It also features eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) technology for silent infiltration in surveillance, inspection, or offensive operations.

Strategic Concepts: UCAV and Swarm
Based on the Nauru 100D platform, XMobots is developing two advanced military applications: UCAV (Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle) and Swarm drone systems. Both are in the concept phase and promise a major leap in operational capabilities.
The UCAV concept is aimed at high-altitude combat missions, radar evasion, and precision attacks. It envisions aerial engagement from 60 meters, in-flight trajectory correction, and return-to-base capabilities. Weaponry under evaluation includes high-explosive (HE) and anti-tank (HEAT) munitions.
The Swarm concept involves deploying up to 30 drones from a 20ft container — three for reconnaissance and 27 for coordinated attack. With an expected range between 120km and 340km, this initiative introduces a new dimension in tactical response and target saturation.
"UCAV and Swarm concepts expand the Nauru 100D beyond ISTAR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance) missions," explains Giovani Amianti, XMobots founder and CEO.
