ICP DAS USA (USA) – ICP DAS USA introduces CAN-8823, a CANopen Remote I/O Unit with 8 I/O Expansions Slots. Based on the flexible CAN bus technology, the CAN-8823 are control units designed for CANopen protocol slave devices. They have 8 slots for I/O expansion and work with most of ICP DAS USA's analog and digital remote I/O modules. Complying with the CANopen specifications of the DS-301 V4.02 and DSP-401 V2.1, the CAN-8823 features dynamic Process Data Objects (PDO), EMCY object, error output value, SYNC cyclic and acyclic, as well as providing standardized communication for real-time data processing.
