Today, we will disclose the packing results for peppercorn, sugar, and monosodium glutamate to see what the efficiency packing scale AF-1K II can offer.

For peppercorn packing:

Considering the market needs, we tested the AF-1K II packing machine to weigh 25g of peppercorn. The gravity net weigher can reach the speed of 5400 pcs/h with 1g accuracy.

For other target weights:

• Target value: 250g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3300pcs/h
• Target value: 500g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3100pcs/h
• Target value: 750g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3000pcs/h

For sugar packing:

• Target value: 250g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3600pcs/h
• Target value: 500g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3400pcs/h
• Target value: 1000g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3200pcs/h

For monosodium glutamate packing:

• Target value: 250g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3600pcs/h
• Target value: 500g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3300pcs/h
• Target value: 1000g, best accuracy: ±2g, the highest speed: 3300pcs/h

After this round of testing, we found that the AF-1K II packing machine can reach a speed of up to 5400 pcs/h when packing 25g peppercorn. It can fulfill multi-purpose packing requests, providing a stable and efficient solution for packing various small granule materials that is competitive and cost-effective.
