Beckhoff (Germany) - Worldwide IPC partnership until 2030 agreed.

Beckhoff Automation will be equipping the BMW Group with IPC technology for its worldwide car manufacturing in future. Panel PCs, Control Panels, ultra-compact Industrial PCs and 19-inch slide-in IPCs are used all over the world in car production.

The BMW Group and Beckhoff have signed up to a partnership until 2030, within the framework of which Beckhoff will supply the BMW Group's worldwide production facilities with PC technology, both for new systems and for system retrofits.

The components will be used for the linking of machines and access control, as well as for data acquisition, visualization and other PC-based tasks.
