Laumas WETOIML weight indicator out of production: alternative options

Laumas Elettronica SRL (Italy) - Press Release: The WETOIML weight indicator has come out of LAUMAS production and can be replaced by the WLIGHT weight indicator.

WLIGHT is complete with all the essential functions and permits wall, desktop and column installation.

It can be configured and managed via the free Instrument Manager software, in addition:

  • it has a clock/calendar with a buffer battery;
  • it is fitted for operating with 8 AA rechargeable batteries, not included but available on request (OPZBATTWLIGHT);
  • it can be connected to a PC/PLC, remote display and printer via an RS232 serial port (up to 99 instruments with a line repeater, up to 32 with no repeaters), which permits communication via ModBus RTU, ASCII Laumas protocols or one-way continuous transmission;
  • it has piece counting and weight totalizing functions;
  • it permits theoretical calibration via keypad and real calibration with sample weights, with the possibility of up to 8 point linearization;
  • it is CE-M (NAWI) and NTEP (SCALES) approved.
