Canada's only VCAP-certified load cell manufacturer lists 200+ products for the first time

Massload Technologies, the only Canadian load cell manufacturer with VCAP certification, has put more than 200 products online for the first time in its 45-year history, with one deliberate omission: there's no checkout button.

Instead, the new massload.com features a quote-request cart. Customers browse by category or application, build a list, and submit it. What comes back isn't an automated invoice, it's a response from a technical team member with pricing, freight, and product recommendations.

"Every product in this catalog exists because a customer once called us with a problem," said Larry van den Berghe, CEO. "We didn't build a store, we wrote down decades of answers. Customers can now browse those answers any time, and when they're ready, a real person with technical knowledge picks up the request on our end. That part will never change."

The launch is a significant expansion from the company's previous site, which listed only a small selection of products alongside a contact form.

The new site is structured around how customers actually arrive: those who know exactly what they need can search and submit a quote request in minutes, while those facing an unfamiliar problem can navigate by application and draw on the company's consultative engineering expertise.
