New FANUC M-410iB/140H Palletizing Robot
FANUC Corporation (Japan) - 140kg Payload Palletizing Robot Offers Best in Class Speed.

The newest member to FANUC's family of palletizing robots, the FANUC M-410iB/140H Robot is an extremely fast and versatile palletizing robot -- the fastest in its class. This robot is capable of performing 1,900 standard palletizing cycles an hour -- That's one cycle in less than two seconds.

In the system shown here, the FANUC M-410iB/140H palletizes two layers of boxes from an upper in-feed conveyor to a pallet. It also palletizes two layers of bags from a lower in-feed conveyor to a second pallet. The robot's large work envelope is key in performing the task of servicing multiple lines at high speeds and in high-volume environments. The robot then uses FANUC iRVision to locate the boxes and bags on the pallet and depalletizes them back onto the conveyors. A monitor displays what the robot's vision camera is seeing.

In addition, the system utilizes FANUC Dual Check Safety, or DCS, Speed and Position Check Software to restrict the travel of the robot to the exact area in which it works. These options, along with the robot's slim arm and wrist design, integrated cable routing and compact size with low ceiling height, make it the ideal robotic palletizing solution for high-volume production in bag and box palletizing operations.
